Name: Amelio Santiago Age: 40yrs Sex: Male Profession: Retail worker / Mafia member Location: Old Town Slums Affiliations: Mafia Disposition: Disgruntled, Gruff, Not Very Friendly
Character Background and Description: Amelio has had a rough life. He’s found himself constantly holding two jobs, having a hard time paying for rent and food, and just in general constantly afraid for his life. He has had to live in the slums of Old Town for all his life, so he’s seen his fair share of crime and unfairness. When the Kulza Family Mafia really started to make themselves known in the Old Town area, Amelio wanted them removed quickly. Something so destructive as a mafia surely would only cause harm to hard-working people like himself. However as time has passed it’s really been the Brookhaven PD that hinders his life, and much of their activity has harmed the area more than helped.
When he got pulled off the side of the road and brought in for suspected affiliations with the mafia, he decided the city would be doing nothing for him anytime soon. When his name was cleared by a lawyer and a judge, he decided he might as well live up to his racial profiling and contacted the mafia to get involved. He still holds a part-time job in retail to keep up his cover as a normal member of society, but will from time to time be an extra pair of hands to move goods from place to place or another pair of eyes at a deal. He’s a small part of the huge machine that is the Kulza Family Mafia, but even with how little contact he has with the mafia, he knows some things aren’t quite right about them.
